libmdbx seems to have active development on this repository (the last commit was just a few hours ago), while LMDB rarely gets a few commits a year. According to libmdbx's author, it is just as fast as LMDB but with more reliability and disk improvements.
The latest online docs in English can be found here, a updated mirror on GitHub can be found here, as well as the author actively replies to questions/support in a Telegram group.
Isar also chose to stay with libmdbx after the shift.
Is it possible to get this lmdbx-js back up to date with the current libmdbx? I did read this comment but I wonder if this still holds true, or if there's potential benefits to choosing libmdbx over LMDB now.
