Nice work! I have a question about how to obtain the f1 score.

The code in line 29 of evaluate.py is:
f1_score = (len(intersecting_words) * len(intersecting_words)) / float(k)

It looks like that this f1_score = P * R, not 2 * P * R / (P+R).
