Problem is described here also: Disable heartbeats in BlockingConnection

It is caused by BlockingConnection not having a timeout capability, which would let heartbeat messages to be sent to the server.

We have disabled pika heartbeats by setting heartbeat_interval=0, but this may cause other problems when client program crashes suddenly.
