File permissions are not kept when changed on slave #34

I assume this issue is caused by the same reason explained in #24.

Changing persmission on a file on the slave, gets reverted when syncing with master.

Thanks for a great neat little script!

I've implemented a fix for this in #69 and merged it into the develop branch.
