Is there published documentation on how to upgrade spark-operator from v1.4 to v2.xx? I have v1.4 deployed in production and what happens to all my spark apps when I upgrade? What is the preferred method for upgrade with minimal disruption to my production workloads?

Do

1. delete the spark-operator v1.4,
2. delete all the spark apps created by v1.4
3. install v2.xx of operator
4. recreate all the spark apps
   ?
