Planning a 19.0.0 release

would it be possible to include update bouncy-castle version (1b929ef) to this release as well to fix CVE-2023-33201 ?

Brendan, I just opened a PR with some dependency updates that hadn't happened and/or weren't picked up by Dependabot for some reason... I'm hoping that at least the okhttp3 dependency is included in 19.0.0. Thanks!

I think all of these dependencies are in. I'm going to cut the release tomorrow morning unless there are any concerns.

@PTas24 apologies for the delay, the release automation is broken and needs #2796 to merge.

This is finally finished. Pushed to Sonatype, expected in Maven Central in ~24 hours.

Quick update here, apparently there is a bug in how we configured our pom.xml

Need to cherry-pick that into the release-19 branch and try again...
