(Creating this to track it for myself)

What happened?
There are 2 bugs in efs-utils that affect tls mounts that may lead to mounts hanging if the driver is updated/restarted. They will be fixed in the next release of efs-utils

aws/efs-utils#69
aws/efs-utils#74

(They are not specific to the driver, but much more likely occur in a containerized environment like the driver).

What you expected to happen? tls mounts read/write instead of hanging.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)? See efs-utils issues for details.
