[Policy Assistant] Support (B)ANP in Cyclonus-based Conformance Tests

Dependency: #152

Modify the function cyclonus generate to support (B)ANP conformance tests (see testcasegenerator.go).

Will need to:

1. Calculate expected connectivity matrix (will be completed via [Policy Assistant] Modify Data Structure for (B)ANP #152).
2. Create Action types for (B)ANP CRUD events.
3. Create initial conformance tests for ANP, BANP, and combinations of (B)ANP with v1 NetPols.
