Make local-image command failing

I am fairly new to development and am working on a project to create a custom-scheduler to a solve a problem.
Trying to create a custom image for that purpose and getting below error.

Noticed that "DOCKER_BUILDX_CMD=" is Null. If that is causing the issue then how to proceed?

It was because of missing docker-buildx

what's the output when you run docker buildx create -h? It's supposed to have a --use option:

⇒  docker buildx create -h
Flag shorthand -h has been deprecated, use --help
Create a new builder instance

Usage:  docker buildx create [OPTIONS] [CONTEXT|ENDPOINT]

Create a new builder instance

Options:
      --append                    Append a node to builder instead of changing it
      --bootstrap                 Boot builder after creation
      --buildkitd-config string   BuildKit daemon config file
      --buildkitd-flags string    BuildKit daemon flags
  -D, --debug                     Enable debug logging
      --driver string             Driver to use (available: "cloud", "docker-container", "kubernetes", "remote")
      --driver-opt stringArray    Options for the driver
      --leave                     Remove a node from builder instead of changing it
      --name string               Builder instance name
      --node string               Create/modify node with given name
      --platform stringArray      Fixed platforms for current node
      --use                       Set the current builder instance

Experimental commands and flags are hidden. Set BUILDX_EXPERIMENTAL=1 to show them.

Hi Huang-Wei, thanks for your response. The issue is resolved now. Found that the buildx binary was missing.
