Follow-up to #545 -- nginx doesn't allow passing the Server header through from the application.

@abh new setting added in 787 to allow this feature.

Thanks! :-) (I think it'd reasonably be the default; nginx really is doing the wrong non-RFC compliant thing here -- though I guess that's the nginx way ...).
