The docker-env sub-command outputs DOCKER_API_VERSION=1.23 which is pretty old. Now that minikube has upgraded its docker version to 17.12.1-ce, it should be bumped to 1.35. Also, whenever docker is upgraded, the docker-env output should likewise be updated.
