This PR archives 25 inactive repos in the project due to lack of relevance or maintenance.
It follows an announcement of intentions on the mailing list: https://groups.google.com/g/kubevirt-dev/c/QpIaRzmNh4c/m/3lA87gdAAAAJ

Fixes: kubevirt/community#239

Once merged, it would be a good idea to go through these repos and update the individual READMEs with a deprecation notice.

@aburdenthehand when the repos are getting archived, they will be switched to read only. Therefore my suggestion would be to update the repos with something in the lines of

Important

This repository has been archived due to lack of activity!

before this PR gets merged.

/approve since I definitely agree we should do this.
