Description

Some configuration options in https://www.envoyproxy.io/docs/envoy/latest/api-v3/config/trace/v3/datadog.proto are not available in MeshTrace

It may also be nice to be able to disable DD remote configuration through MeshTrace instead of having to pass DD_REMOTE_CONFIGURATION_ENABLED:false environment variable to sidecars.
