FR: Add a tool-tip or box in cloud.kurtosis.com to prompt users to upgrade kurtosis cli

Background & motivation

To reduce the chance of users hitting bugs or rough edges around the product, we should do our best to ensure that users are using the latest version of the kurtosis cli when interacting with the cloud context/cluster/instance.

Desired behaviour

After logging in to Kurtosis cloud, there is a tool box (with copy-paste functionality) that kindly reminds the user to upgrade the CLI version.

Ideally, it should list the instructions for upgrading using Brew: brew update && brew upgrade kurtosis-tech/tap/kurtosis-cli and also link out to our docs for upgrading Kurtosis CLI using other methods

How important is this to you?

Nice to have; this feature would make using Kurtosis more enjoyable.
