[Bug]: Windows 11 installer stops at license agreement

What happened?

Windows 11 installer cannot pass the license agreement (the Next button stays inactive/grayed).
Tried on two different machines. Screenshot attached.

I had the same issue and solve simply using tab on the keyboard to select that empty button and than press enter or space bar again on the keyboard
