Git Tag Syntax incompatible with RStudio Package Manager

The package tags do not adhere to RStudio's desired syntax ( they should either be [package version number] or v[package version number] ). Only an issue for users trying to build to Package Manager based on this repo's tags. Building based on commits will still work.
