Make approx start time more acurate

The approx start times in the tracklist do not currently account for how far into the current playing track you are so are very approx. The reason for this is I don't what to subscribe to the timer in the store to get this information as it's updated every second and would therefore re-render the tracklist every second.

Maybe we need to store a less specific current time in the store than every second. Something like current minute which could be used to trigger a re-render.
