When using macOS's Accessibility feature — Spoken Content — with the "Speak item under the pointer" option, if the mouse moves quickly within an interface or browser, frequently switching and interrupting large amounts of text, BackgroundMusic tends to crash and stops playing sound. However, if music or a video is playing in the background while using the Spoken Content feature, the crash does not occur. This suggests that BackgroundMusic may not handle intermittent, high-frequency switching and interruptions of audio well. I hope this issue can be fixed.

Background Music 0.4.3
macOS 14.6..1
