Highlight a party's winning constituencies when its clicked in the breakdown graph

We had noted this in the log "...we may add a function when clicking on a party in the breakdown chart all their constituencies become highlighted". This was in the context of party colours being potentially hard to distinguish for people with impaired vision, would be nice to include but not a priority.
