Manager - Show computer name for Grapher, Registry Editor, Browser

On the manager tab, it might be good to show the computer name for any client connections to the Grapher, Browser, Registry Editor (i.e., all connections which do not already show the client computer name). That way, if we need to restart the manager, we can know who needs to be consulted/informed.

FYI, low priority suggestion
