Howto generate a subcircuit model for KiCad from a KiCad circuit

Save 741.kicad_sch as 741_subckt.kicad_sch

Edit 741_subckt.kicad_sch:
Remove all external circuitry

Create ngspice netlist file 741_subckt.cir by command
Eeschema --> Export --> Netlist... -> Spice --> Export Netlist

Copy 741_subckt.cir to 741.lib

Edit 741.lib:
Add title and comments in lines starting with a *
Add .subckt line as first line after title/comment lines:
1. Keyword .subckt
2. Name    KI741
3. Nodes   all nodes named by a global label
4. Node sequence: Sort nodes according to KiCad symbol LM741
Rename .end to .ends
Optional: replace '.include bipmod.lib' by contents of bipmod.lib
