When integrating self-hosted Dify (the newest version) with Agent-Inbox (open-sourced project by LangGraph), it requires a "LangGraph ID" for new inbox settings.

Is the workflow UUID in URL (/app/{uuid}/workflow) the correct LangGraph ID?

If not, where can we retrieve this ID? (API endpoint/database field?)

Context: Needed for Agent Inbox's assistant/graph_id configuration.
