Sparkpost Sandbox Option Not Working #1978

I have followed the instructions found under "Mail" in the Laravel Docs to set up the Sparkpost connection within my app.

The "Sandbox" option does not work. Emails are not being sent.

This previously closed issue seems to still be present. #31

Options are not being sent to Sparkpost as expected.

Sparkpost driver has been removed in v6
