Add examples from all major libraries and frameworks

I'd say, add examples for Polymer, Angular 2, React, Vue, and vanilla JavaScript, users of other frameworks will just have to figure things out for themselves.

I think I'll just add some generic examples...I don't think we need to get framework specific here. In fact, why not just show it with vanilla js imperatively? Hmmm...I want to show the power of data binding as well. Then perhaps lit-html would be best, that is similar to all other data binding ideologies, very close to jsx, but is still declarative and based on standards
