When I try applying the LUT, the screen goes black for a second , and the LUT doesn't apply. I also tried downgrading my NVIDIA drivers to version 552.44 it works but not in fullscreen mode.

No wonder, since 24h2 is a complete trainwreck.

Your best choice is to stick to 23H2 until MS fixes 24h2.
