"Enable Anonymous Error Reporting" not staying active

Installed latest version. Configured and system is backing up and uploading to OneDrive.

Wanted to give Nir error data to help however toggling the switch does not stay persistent (unlike "Enable Anonymous Telemetry").

reproduce:
Toggle "Enable Anonymous Error Reporting" to active
Click "Save Settings"
Note "Settings have been updated" info
Navigate to "Dashboard" and back to "Settings"
"Enable Anonymous Error Reporting" is not active
