ARES is a Mathematica package for resumming event-shape variables at next-to-next-to-leading-logarithmic accuracy.
You can obtain ARES releases directly from the github repository:
https://github.com/lcarpino/ARES/releases
For the latest development version you can clone the master:
git clone https://github.com/lcarpino/ARES.git
For the latest tag:
git tag -l
git checkout tags/tag_name
To install, simply copy the ARES directory into
/home/$USER/.Mathematica/Applications
Alternatively one may link to the ARES directory instead
ln -s ARES /home/$USER/.Mathematica/Applications/ARES
To use ARES in a Mathematica notebook or package include
<<ARES`
An example of standard usage
(* Load the ARES package *)
<<ARES`
(* declare an observable of interest, the D-parameter here *)
dpar = BuildObservable["DParameter"];
(* Resum the D-parameter for the event configuration given by {xq, xqb},
where the observable takes the value v *)
Resum[{xq, xqb}, Log[1/v], dpar, {"Order" -> "NNLL"}]
