Observed behavior

When I share a channel with a collaborator with View-only permissions and I sign in as the collaborator then when I open the channel I can see the Edit title and description icon next to the resources and folders and I can actually edit the title and description.
The same is observed when I go to the Content library and open a channel.

Expected behavior

A user with View-only permissions should not be able to edit anything so that icon should not be visible.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in as user A
  2. Open a channel and select the 'Share channel' option
  3. Share the channel with user B by selecting the Can view option
  4. Sign in as user B, accept the invitation and open the channel
  5. Observe that there's an Edit title and description icon next to the resources and folders
