Observed behavior

This is a follow-up to #4745 - If I have selected the checkbox 'Don't ask me again..' then when I upload several resources simultaneously only the first resource inherits the metadata while the rest don't.

Expected behavior

If there's metadata to be inherited all uploaded resources should inherit it.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
  2. Open a channel and create a folder with metadata
  3. Upload a resource
  4. When you see the 'Apply details...' modal make a specific selection, select 'Don't ask me again..' and click Continue
  5. Upload several resources simultaneously and observe that only the first one is selected and has inherited the metadata
