Front Page Settings not visible

Hi,

Combo List set up done in Front Page Settings not visible on the Dashboard.

We want the Categories with the courses visible on the dashboard. Presently, the category and the sub category is visible under the course name. But we want the Categories to be mentioned and then the courses listed underneath which can be expandable if the category has more than 3 or 4 courses.
