update deps and migrate to null-safety

I wanted to give a try to your great project but I was wondering if you can upgrade deps for null-safety support ?

Uhhhh well the project currently is not in a state in which you do want to see it because right now (it's not that impressive). I'm trying to reimplement the API that fetches data from Wikidata with a the Wikimedia GraphQL UI. I just don't have that done and it involves a lot of work that I can't and do not want to get to at the moment. I also don't want to migrate to null safety because I have multiple branches that I may revert to if this API migration thing doesn't work out so I don't want to have to deal with conflicts.

Just enter an entity ID like Q1 into the search bar at the upper right. It might not show all of the statements because it can't reliably show all of the statements possible at the moment. Try some of the buttons. They change the UI but don't actually do anything with Wikidata itself.

When I'm more inspired, I'll work on this again :)
