Gportal added a server setting after last patch for "Maximum server tick rate" it maxes out at 60. without it being set to 60 pals lag in spawning you will go to bos and have to wait for it to spawn.

Thanks for sharing. Hopefully others find this and will know to increase Maximum server tick rate to 60
