Doesn't work Max Base Allowed. #37

Or any other setting for that matter. The main one I was trying to change was Max Base Camps Allowed.

WorldOption.sav placed in the \Pal\Saved\SaveGames\0<random id> folder

Is named exactly WorldOption.sav

No settings change. Tried both the local version and web version.
