Can’t add sound

I can’t add sound to custom sound library (screenshot sound, notifications for example…)
It’s just popping up the “File” container, showing files, but if you tap on any audio file nothing happens.

Older versions work correctly with adding files, but custom sounds didn’t work
Now custom sounds are working, but you can’t add them

if developers need i can capture video of this bug
