Hi, my enterprise uses Coveralls Pro.

I can't view my diffs at least 90% of the time. I get a "Gateway Time-out" with the following log:

The web server reported a gateway time-out error.

Ray ID: 8ea3c5bf29cdabbb
Your IP address: 99.241.149.175
Error reference number: 504
Cloudflare Location: Toronto

This has been going on for almost a year. Can you please look into it?

I don't know if this is related but today I got (for the first time) this error dialog:

DataTables warning: table id=DataTables_Table_0 - Ajax error.
For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/7

Hi @BarryFruitman. Can you please help me find your project by sharing the Coveralls URL for your Repo, or at least the org name associated with your subscription and the repo name?

If you're a Coveralls Pro customer, you get free, priority-response support at support@coveralls.io, so I'd recommend using that channel rather than this community issues board. We try our best to sweep issues here weekly, but our response will almost always be faster through support@coveralls.io.

Feel free to keep this open and I'll update the issue with our findings for other users experiencing the same problem. Right now, I suspect this is a duplicate of #1757 ...

That is an ongoing issue that we've had varying degrees of success resolving for different users, but, so far, we haven't seen it be that persistent, so please share your project info and we'll have a look.

Thanks for your reply! I'm not sure I'm allowed to share our details publicly so I'll email support tomorrow.
