[Bug]: Git Integration URL disables the button when it should not

What happened?

It seems that in the application settings under the Git Integration menu, the button to save the changes is disabled when it should not. Let me explain:

Initial input data
https://github.com/lenra-io/template-javascript.git

After saving the changes
https://github.com/lenra-io/template-javascript-test.git

Now the error
Try to set the same URL as the inital data, it will disable the Save button because it will think that the current value is the same as the initial input data https://github.com/lenra-io/template-javascript.git but it is actually https://github.com/lenra-io/template-javascript-test.git.
