Describe the bug
I can't click anything on the welcome screen

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Double click icon Lens

Expected behavior
That I can click on the welcome screen

No, no matter what I do, nothing works.

I'm not going to touch anything about disabling the "Credentials Manager" or stopping "services" and even less about Credentials and "sfc /scannow chkdsk c: /f /r" is a huge nonsense. It only verifies the integrity of Windows system files,
repairs corrupted or damaged system files,
focuses on critical Windows files.

You should not do anything that the link does. It seems risky.
Can you please look at the "Event Viewer" of the Windows to see if there are any critical errors even before the Lens Application starts?

Note: I am not on the Lens Team. I am just a third-party dude, trying to help.

There is none. The rest is nothing either. It's just routine.
I deleted the logs and just when I try to run the application there is no log.

The dashboard is a bit limited. After 3 weeks of waiting, it's time to move on to another site, and rightly so. I'm going to try another IDE.

I'll stick with Rancher since it's open source. Anything open source is likely to have many branches and a lot of support.

Now that I had a moment I tried to install Rancher.
It seems to directly deploy a k3s.

I can't complain for now. I don't know how it works, but I'll see what to do over time. At least it fixes the welcome blackout.

I understand what's happening now.
It seems to be a problem with the graphics and rendering.
How do I know? Because in the taskbar I click the icon and click again. (minimize and maximize). Then momentarily and it depends on how you can click. Not always.

I was finally able to get to the main screen.

It's complex to fix since you'll have to determine which graphics it happens to. A needle in a haystack.

Finally when you get to the part where the Lens "banner" appears it seems to work. I haven't tested it since I'm busy.
