How to show/hide menu from the burger menu when screen is resized after clicking on it

Hi, I am trying to implement a navbar, currently when the screen resizes (becomes smaller) shows the burger menu (☰), but when clicking on it, how to make show the menu or hide it when I click on the bottom (☰)
