Group commits by package

Hi all

I am trying to implement lerna version + publish in our monorepo and have mostly all things working, except that all commits are bundled together in the CHANGELOG.md file.

Is it possible to group them by package. Here a sample:

I am trying to get the following result:

Bug Fixes
<package-1>
- <scope>: <commit message 1>
- <scope>: <commit message 2>

<package-2>
- <scope>: <commit message 3>
- <scope>: <commit message 4>
