Simplify memgpt quickstart (added in #641) even more

  • Currently, user will need to memgpt quickstart then memgpt run
  • Can roll quickstart into run, eg quickstart --backend openai -> run --config openai
  • Also, should make it so that on the first launch of memgpt run the user is prompted via a quickstart-style input (openai or memgpt hosted?)
  • That way our quickstart guide can literally just be "do memgpt run"
