cursor_position should be remembered / shared across select and text tools #324

I've just finish using the selection tool.
I then click on an new location (LOC_X) and then click to activate the text tool.

I started typing, expecting that the text come out at (LOC_X).
However, the text came out at the old position where the text tool was last used.

This to me is non-intuitive and jarring.
There shouldn't be a tool specific starting position.

To work around this, I could

change the tool
click again to select the position I want to add text to.
start typing
While the workaround will achieves the same end result, it detracts from the creative flow.

The above said, this problem may not be applicable to the other tools. i.e. Just seems to be happening for the selection tool and text tools.
