Multiple caldav folders from the same provider

There are a few issues like this, but I can't quite tell if they are fully overlapping or not. From what I could glean, they were mostly referring to using different providers entirely and merging them into one view. I use a calendar provider that has different folder URLs for different calendars. I am trying to add these, so I can see all my events in Calcurse. For example, a few calendars might be at “dav.server.com/caldav/abc1” and a few others might be at “dav.server.com/caldav/xyz2”. These URLs are static. I haven't been able to get this working so far, so I only see some of my events but not others. This is currently the only thing stopping me from using Calcurse, as I love everything else about how the programs looks and functions--it is a perfect fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
