Hi there,

Running miniasm with seemingly good contigs and mappings (below), I'm getting unitigs where all bases are N's. How can this be improved? Thanks!

Example output .gfa:

Hi again, I still don't know what caused the issue, but I designed a workaround if anyone is interested:
github.com/RolandFaure/reconstitute_miniasm_contigs
It is a simple python script that reconstitutes the sequence from the 'a' lines of the GFA
