I received 5 new messages from a friend and none of them showed up in my Gchat. I keep Google chat open on my laptop at all times, but when I'm not at home or moving from room to room or whatever, I NEED to be able to see all my messages on my phone as well! I currently have a Windows 7 HTC Trophy phone. When I had my Droid 2 with the built in google chat, it always showed ALL messages regardless of my laptop being on and signed in. I shouldn't have to bloody sign out on my laptop and in on my phone and then out on my phone and in on my laptop over and over and over, that's just shit. Please fix this!!

I have the same problem, missing messages everytime, either from my contacts and from me. Seems that I get the notifications on the upper side of the screen, but messages doesn't show in the conversation window. It's weird.
