It's been reported that this issue is affecting libbitcoin-server. I have not personally reproduced it, but have seen a similar assertion error from zeromq from an earlier version in the past, solved by a version upgrade. This needs to be investigated further, although there is no tagged stable version that we can upgrade to at this moment (4.2.5 is current, master branch is fixed).

Closing now that we've upgraded to zeromq-4.3.2. This can be re-opened if required.
