How? I would recommend utilizing KyberNetwork for the transaction and exchange for fiat via Bitpay, CoinBase, or one one many alternatives.

Another, low-fee alternative would be to convert coins to USDT and allow withdraws for owner accounts. This leaves liquidation up to the account owner.

While I'm all for Ethereum support, please let's not mix this with Tether or other CryptoCurrency things – Just because there is a lot of “Crypto” out there doesn't mean we need to lump it all together into one issue. (Tether and Ethereum are not related at all beyond both being “Crypto” and “Blockchain”.)
