Black box testing of publisher-chart

Definition of Done:

• Clone and build https://github.com/libero/publisher-chart/
• Install it through the README on some kind of Kubernetes cluster (it should be portable so shouldn't matter where)
• Check out the chart notes to hit the API this project exposes

We're looking for feedback on how easy it would be for an external organization would use this to set up a demo, so I am purposefully not saying more.
