Description: Create an audit log to track user activity and changes.

Tasks:
Implement logging for key actions (invoice creation, updates).
Develop UI for viewing audit logs.
Include date, time, and user information in logs.
Acceptance Criteria:
All major actions are logged.
Admins can view audit logs and filter by user or action type.
