Description: Add support for managing recurring billing for subscription-based services.

Tasks:
Modify Invoice model to support subscription billing.
Implement UI for managing subscription schedules.
Set up automated billing with notifications.
Acceptance Criteria:
Recurring billing is available for subscription services.
Customers are notified before each billing cycle.
