Firefox 134 has a regression that prevents dialling go-libp2p nodes over WebTransport.

This has been fixed in 136 so this issue is a reminder to revert #2930 when Firefox 136 ships (March 4th 2025) and playwright has upgraded to support it (probably some time mid-late March).
